Excellent breakfast with an incredible view of the Plaza de Armas

The location is excellent, just over 5 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. The room has a comfortable bed and is very clean. The view we have from the room is great, you can see the Plaza de Armas. The breakfast is excellent, with bread, butter, eggs, cold cuts, coffee, milk and yogurt. During the day, there are teas and hot water available (it's important to drink coca tea as soon as you arrive in the city to acclimatize).
Points to improve: The shower is very difficult to adjust, we had to warn twice that it wasn't working well, sometimes too hot, sometimes cold, and with little pressure. But this seems to be a city-wide problem.
I suggest informing at the beginning of your stay that it is possible to pay an extra fee for a heater, we only found out at the end.

Excelente localización, el cuarto que me tocó tenía una vista preciosa. El personal sumamente atento y el desayuno bastante completo.
Las habitaciones tienen poco aislamiento y se oye la recepción donde ponen música. El tipo de termo ducha no permite calentar tanto el agua.

四人房沒有對外窗，短暫住一晚還好，如果住長一點可能會不太舒服，廁所也偏小，但早餐不錯，服務人員態度也不錯！

Atendimento e cortesia nota mil! Se ofereceram para cuidar das nossas bagagens durante um passeio mesmo já tendo feito o check out. Nosso quarto era limpo e as roupas de cama/travesseiros muito bons. Simples e aconchegantes. O banheiro (privativo mas fora do quarto) nao era tão bom, especialmente o chuveiro. Mas a experiência foi muito agradável. Nosso agradecimento especial à recepcionista Jimena que foi muito gentil e atenciosa.
