A hidden gem

Honestly, this was a place we did not expect to be this beautiful and welcoming!
The staff at reception were amazing. They gave us a lovely introduction to the campsite and explained all the different activities available to book, such as boat trips, e-bikes, SUP, and more.
The location is beautiful, the campsite is very clean, and all the basic necessities are available. There’s also a nice café and a small kiosk, which is super convenient if you’re missing something urgently. Otherwise, just a short drive away, you’ll find a gas station and a supermarket.
For kids, there’s a small playground as well as the lake nearby, which makes it a great place for families too.
Overall, we would definitely recommend staying at this campsite. It completely exceeded our expectations, and you won’t be disappointed!

Walked away from dirty, dingy cabin.

Dark, dingy, very dirty cabin. Greasy kitchen, dead bugs in the sills. Yuck! Oven didn’t work (critical for us as we cook our meals for the following 5 days in our camper van). In my 64 years, it is the first time I walk away from lodgings. Only good thing I have to say is that they did agree to reimburse us.

Great space for fishing tourists

Cozy place, but not for us Norwegians. This was more organized for tourists going fishing.
The apartment smelled fish when we arrived. (Find this came from the freezer)
Not properly cleaned apartment.
Many German TV channels. But none of the Norwegians function without and crack.
Very old and tired.
But a super nice quiet place.

Nice location, nice campsite, outdated apartment that was not very clean with great views.

The area is beautiful, every morning we saw porpoises swimming in the fjord. Apartment number 16 has a fantastic view but has not been renovated since the 1900s. It was not cleaned properly and the beds were very bad. The bed was too small for me, I am 1.86 m. The shower had loose joints between the tiles and a moldy shower curtain. The campsite has its own harbor and beautiful surroundings!

My trip with our traveling group in Norway

When I and my friends from travelling group had trip to Norway, we had stopped at the Kyrping Kamping. It was very nice place with comfortable houses on the bank of Norway Sea. We had a good time in this camping. The weather was very warm and we had swimming at the sea and fishing. From our house’s terrace had opened beautiful view on the mountains and sea, and each morning we can see dolphins and swans. I recommend this camping all of my friends which will visit this magical country.
