Perfect location to spend the night before hiking to Trolltunga
We had picked the hotel to spend the night before hiking to Trolltunga. It was a nice experience all around, the apartments are functional and the staff very friendly. The location was ideal for the hike.

Great Locale for Troll's Tongue Hike
Easy check-in, we arrived at 5:00pm and Chris at reception checked us in speedily. We choose this as it's closest to Trolltunga Carpark P2 like 12 mins away.
Room was spacious and clean, with a long sofa to lounge in. Two single beds, linen and towels provided, no extra cleaning fees. View of the mountain.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking wares, oven, stove, cooking hood and dishwasher. Unfortunately, the Bosch main stove malfunction halfway cooking our meal. Perhaps it was not serendipitously a stand-alone induction stove was provided on the counter top. Thereby, cooking could be resumed.
We had three nights, having an extra day in case of poor weather for the Trolltunga hike. We had a good sunny day for hike, a good rest the next.
Overall a convenient base to launch your hike.

Ideal for visiting Trolltunga.
The apartment meets all expectations and is in a privileged environment to take the excursion to Trolltunga. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a wide variety of kitchen utensils including some consumer products such as coffee, sugar, salt and oil. The bathroom may need renovation.

Great base for hiking
We had an apartment for two nights to use as a base for the Trolltunga hike, and it was ideal. Free parking, good Wi-Fi, easy check in/out. Pretty nice view. Plenty of space to move around - and to dry wet clothes!
Kitchen was well equipped (no toaster but there’s a grill) with a useful supply of salt/pepper/oil and tea/coffee/sugar.
They have a deal with the hotel nearby - a free glass of local cider and 10% off food in the restaurant.

Highly recommended.
Location: Less than 8km from P-2(Trolltunga parking). Pleasant view from the balcony.
Rooms: Large enough for 4 persons, so was the toilet and bathroom (we got one tailored for the physically challenged, hence, was even more spacious). All appliances worked well.
Service: This is the best part. Quick, efficient, and hospitable reception (I believe they are the owners). We had to check-out a day early than the booked span, still, they generously refunded. I couldn't thank the owners personally as we were in a hurry due to an unplanned cancellation of the rest of the trip.
If you wish to visit Trolltunga, I wholeheartedly recommend this accomodation.
