Fine hotel, with excellent cuisine

At check-in, the employee continued to sing along to the rather loud background music. This seemed rather uninterested to us.
Also at check out the same lady, who also did not ask if everything had been satisfactory but hand in card and gone. Room was fine with good beds. Dinner and breakfast excellent, although the rather background music here was also too loud and disturbing.

It is worth repeating

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. On late arrival we could even order a breakfast pack for the next morning early. This is because we were already picked up at 5 in the morning by taxi. This breakfast was already ready at 4 in the morning.
So 2 very satisfied guests who will definitely be back.

Sylvester arrangement 2.0

After experiencing a very successful package 2 years ago, we enthusiastically booked again this year. Unfortunately, our expectations were not fulfilled completely positively. Of course, the rooms are still spacious and comfortable and the entire staff is equally driven and friendly. Dinner the first evening, was promising for the rest of the stay. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide choice and you can also have an egg fried to your liking. Unfortunately, the 7-course dinner on New Year's Eve was disappointing. The cold dishes were dressed far too long in advance so that the fish was dried out and the sauce discolored. The hot dishes were lukewarm and faint in taste. The diamond tenderloin as a main course was not tender and overcooked and the vegetables were still raw. Lukas, however, brought us a new plate to replace the most well-done meat. This was apparently grilled á la minute and therefore much warmer than what was already on our plates. Dinner the third evening, was then fully in order and warm. We wonder how it is possible that there was such a difference in quality between the first and third evenings compared to the feast. Certainly not because there were more guests or fewer staff present. Speaking of staff, on January 1st there was only 1 person in the room for breakfast who had to do everything alone: kitchen, replenishing, clearing which was not optimally done. A hotel guest even cleared some tables. The last morning the choice of breakfast buffet was much more limited. Nevertheless, we are left with a positive feeling from our stay, but unfortunately the main activity of the arrangement has been disappointing.

Wat jammer dat het diner op oudjaarsavond niet naar wens is geweest en dat dat heeft gezorgd voor een schaduw op de rest van het verblijf. We gaan uw feedback over de gerechten delen met het management en de keuken, dit geldt ook voor de feedback over het ontbijt op 1 januari. Friendly staff, large (adjoining) family rooms, perfect for a family of four.
And a great food selection for dinner and breakfast.
