Amsterdam is beautiful the people very friendly. This place is a fire hazard and is very dangerous and run down. We were told steps steep but wasn't prepared for how bad they were, we had 4 flights to go up and the handrails were loose and when we reached the top there was no hand rail at all. The pictures on booking.com where nothing like the actual room, no TV no cups only glasses, the mirror in the bathroom too high unable to see. Stated twin room so expected separate beds but wasn't was a double. Unable to pull blinds down. All in all would definitely not recommend to anyone.

When trying to check into the property my partner and I found it next to impossible. The location of the bed and breakfast was very unclear and we had to ask surrounding buildings of the address if they knew how to enter. Once we were directed to the front door there was a safe with a code containing our keys, we were told by a passerby that the host would have emailed us the code to get to our keys. We had received no such email and we were stressed as to how we would get into the place. The passerby happened to know the host and told us he would message them to find out the code and which key was ours. We thought this was highly unprofessional, as we should have been equipped with this knowledge as guests. Once we finally managed to open the door we were greeted by the steepest set of stairs imaginable, making it impossible to carry our luggage up the stairs. When we finally got into our room we were disappointed to see that the room looked nothing like what was advertised on booking.com. As we were looking around the room we noticed the level of uncleanliness, numerous hairs on the bed and stains all over the room. We had requested a double bed in a deluxe suite, but were given two single mattress and duvets pushed together. The TV did not work and by this point, we no longer wanted to continue our stay and we were very disappointed. I eventually managed to contact the host who kindly offered a refund and immediate checkout, which we were happy with and we decided to stay elsewhere that night. Yet this could have been avoided entirely if we were informed appropriately about the entry of the property and the cleanliness and functioning facilities of the room were up to scratch. It was a shame as the location of the B&B is good, but we didn't want to remain there any longer. Would not recommend unfortunatley.

Muy caro para lo que es
No es un hotel, es una habitación con baño en una casa. Esta como a 2km del centro, en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Es un cuarto piso con una escaleras infernales, sobretodo el primer tramo. Tiene cafetera y un mini frigorífico pero solo nos dejaron dos cápsulas para 2 días. El baño es amplio contando que la ducha no tiene ni cortina ni mampara por lo que cuando te duchas se inunda todo el baño.
