Fab little Room

Just arrived home from a 2night stay!
Received code to enter the building the day before by owner, and we were offered to leave our bags outside of the room if we are right for checking, which was great!
Room is slightly on the smaller side, but very clean and comfortable, and a beautiful view of the canal !
Big break windows that can be fully opened was really nice!
10 min walk to central station and Amsterdam centre!
Only one electrical point in the room that had an extension lead in with 4 sockets!
Fridge doesn’t really get cold at all
And there was construction right outside the window but didn’t really bother us!
Also stairs are extremely steep and narrow, again this didn’t bother us, but would be good to know! Overall pleasant stay, and would happily book again !

Need a refund.

Had a booking for 29th December for 3 nights as for netherlands lockdown we were unable to visit, we've had a full refund for our flights as its out of our control as to why we aren't able to visit but the bridge in hotel refusing to pay us back our full amount and offered £38 instead of £300+
Not answering any emails and calls from us or booking. Com
Should be a crime to take our money as it was impossible to come there and it wasn't our fault.

Good spot

Great location - 10 min walk from Station. Entrance at side of building by keypad access. Code for entrance and bedroom received by WhatsApp day before. Never met any staff, booked and paid online. Room was basic with comfortable bed. 3 large windows gave good view of canal.There was only one electric socket and that was in bathroom. This looked temporary and a 3 plug extension lead was provided.The occasional drunken revellers were noisy as they passed by but v quiet otherwise . Would stay again

Awesome little hotel by Oranjebrug Bridge

We stayed in the perfect room over the Tazzina café overlooking the Brouwersgracht canal and Oranjebrug bridge.
The bed was super-comfortable and the room was spotless.
The neighborhood is charming just a 10 minute walk away from the center.
