Beautiful House with great view of Ashok Stupa from the room.

I just stayed for 2 days and wished to stay few more days. The view from the room is just marvelous. You have direct view of Ashok Stupa from few rooms. The Stupa is just a few meter distance from the Hotel. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Guided me about the local areas, food and events.
Highly recommended.
Patan Durbar Square is also just around 400 meters away. This hotel is located in a local community so you can also see the lifestyle, few events and also take part if you are interested.

Good location with great value

Good location. Patan Durbar Square is about 1.2 Km from its location. The rooms are clean and has tranquil ambience. Staffs is good.
Lacking : No restaurant in it’s premises. No breakfast. However kitchen is available in its top floor with freeze and micro oven.

super clean new spot

The hotel just opened this March I think. The rooms are completely renovated, clean and nicely furnished. From the rooftop you have quite a nice view over Patan. There are rooms with private toilets and rooms with shared ones.
The owner is friendly and he or one of his colleagues are always there in case you need anything. It's just a five minute walk to get to Durban square and all the other sights.

枕カバーにカビが生えてることや、シーツが少し臭うのが気になりました。
場所は観光地から近いところにありますが、夜に音が聞こえなかったのが良かったです。

Cok iyi

Odalar guzel tasarlanmis, rahat ve tertemiz. Tek problem tuvalet ve banyo odanin icerisinde fakat ayri degil yani tavani acik. Tuvalete girdiniz kapiyi kapattiniz fakat uzeri acik oldugu icin pek kapiyi kapatmis olmuyorsunuz. Onun haricinde calisanlar cok tatli, konum cok iyi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
