JUST PERFECT.

The staff is amazing. Everyone is perfect. Kind. Very kind people. The LOCATION IS PERFECT. Very familiar neighborhood, and trust me, in Medina you will need this kind of place. Exelent breakfast and rooms.

Marrakech 2019

After coming to Marrakech last year, I had to bring my mum to this wonderful country. Having stayed in a lovely riad previously, I had a vague idea what to expect, but we had to book Riad Noura the day we flew due to our booking being cancelled, so we hadn't looked at any reviews. On arrival Youssef met us at the taxi and took us through the little alleys to his Riad- this was brilliant as the Riad is quite tucked away! Once in the Riad we were very glad our previous booking had been cancelled- what a beautiful place with a wonderful proprietor. Our room, meant for a family of four, was spacious, fantastically clean and had a real Morrocan atmosphere. We had a meal in the Riad, which had the best tagine I have had in Morocco and in the lovely atmosphere of the courtyard with the running fountain and relaxing music. Breakfasts were delicious- Youssef was right when he said he would give us a 'bon dej'!
It's situated very near to the souks and the main square, but Youssef took us there on the first day so we knew where to go, which was very useful.
Taxis to most places in the city are about 30-50 dirham, but we chose to walk to most places to take in the atmosphere of the city.
I cannot rate this riad or Youssef highly enough- he was so welcoming and friendly and made our stay so fab. We will be back to Marrakech as the worst part of our stay was having to leave!

Good quiet location, excellent breakfast, great owner/host

Superb Riad in a great location. Would happily recommend to others or stay here again in the future. Homely feel with well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfasts every morning. A special mention to Youssef the owner - nothing seemed too much to ask and offered excellent hints and tips from what to visit to where not to buy orange juice! On our first evening he escorted us toward the main square to help us navigate. Riad is around 20-25 mins walk to the main square, but in a very quiet location - a space to relax after a busy day in the souks!

some good, some not good...

this hotel is run by an impossibly nice man, as mentioned in virtually every other review. i give him 5 stars...if i could give him 6, i would. but the hotel has some glaring flaws. the windows in the room don't really close, and you can hear your neighbors talk on their phones and sneeze. privacy is nonexistent. this hotel is a bit run down, and is accessed by a dirty alley. if you get lost, the neighborhood boys will do their best to extort money from you to show you the way. overall...a cute but rundown place, with an outstanding host and rooms where you can hear everything happening in the hotel.

Wonderful Marrakech experience!

My recent seven night stay in Riad Noura was a delight. Tucked away in a residential labyrinth it's a perfect location for those wanting to embrace the real Medina. Also, superb for easy access to all other neighbourhoods.
Inside is a charming tranquil haven, authentic and atmospheric. Nothing but praise for Youseff and his team. They created a warm, upbeat ambience which contributed to the joy of our stay.
We couldn't have chosen a better place to soak up the true Marrakech experience. (Written on behalf of my mother, Jean).
