An absolutely exceptional stay!
After four nights at Riad Rafaele, the quality of the experience was far above our expectations.
Our room was superb, with a very nice ceiling height, typical of Moroccan architecture of the 18th century. The decoration was of remarkable taste: elegant, warm and authentic, with a real sense of detail. Materials, colors, furniture and lighting created a rare atmosphere, both luxurious and soothing.
The riad itself has a unique charm. From the first moments in the central patio, with its swimming pool and impressive volumes, you can immediately feel the historic character of the place. It really feels like staying in a small private palace, with this very special feeling of calm and refinement in the heart of the medina. Breakfast on the rooftop, in the sun, overlooking the rooftops of Marrakech, is one of those simple but striking moments.
The reception was exceptional. The owners are of rare kindness and attention, always available to exchange, advise or just make sure everything goes perfectly. The staff is equally remarkable: smiling, discreet, efficient, with a real sense of service.
The location is ideal: everything can be done on foot, which makes the stay particularly smooth and pleasant.
The spa also deserves special mention. The massage was one of the best I could experience: technical, precise, deeply relaxing, in a perfectly consistent framework with the overall level of the riad.
In short: a place steeped in history, enhanced by a careful decoration, an exceptional welcome and an impeccable quality of service. An experience that clearly exceeds expectations. An address I recommend without hesitation.

A wonderful moment of relaxation, hammam and massage experience, in a very beautiful place conducive to relaxation with very welcoming owners.

Amazing
I visited the spa with my mum and we both absolutely loved the experience. We had the couples massages and the exfoliation. When we left I felt both rejuvenated and energised as I haven't felt in so long. We got some complimentary tea and biscuits, which make the experience even more enjoyable. If we are back to Marrakech we will definitely come back but this time as guests from the Ryad.

Hamam and spa
We were host hosted in this riad, but tried their hamam and spa services, which were fabulous. Excellent experience and great staff, very kind and helpful. Definitely a recommended activity for anyone to do.
