The Riad cancels at the last moment!!!!!

I had a "small" message on Booking asking me to cancel the reservation without further explanation 3 weeks before the stay. What was my surprise and above all my stress. I tried to contact them via Booking, Whatsapp and by email because I asked them to cancel to their fault and I no longer have any response from them. I had to call Booking customer service. It is unacceptable ! .

Good localisation

Good place to stay because its near to the Souk and Jemaa El Fna place. Riad was clean, breakfast was great ! But communication for the check in wasnt easy at all, answer really late, and they ask you to pay tourist tax when you arrived but, i thought we already payed it with airbnb app …

Didn't let us in!

After booking the room many weeks earlier and after being awake and travelling for over 24 hrs we arrived at the door and no one would let us in. After numerous phone calls and unclear answers it became clear that they had rented our room out to someone else and we were left high and dry to find another place to stay in Marrakech during the big Congress on Climate Change when 98% of the rooms there were already booked! Not an experience I would like to repeat.

Don't go! Cheat your money and leave you dry!!

We booked this riad a few months prior to our trip on hotels.com for 4 people (all girls) but when we arrive they told us that there was a leak in our room. So they transferred us to another hotel and wanted to split us into 2 different hotels. After dumping us and left us for the new riad to settle our accommodation, we were transferred to ANOTHER riad where we end up paying for our stay despite already paid for the hotel room in Des Ours. We were lucky that they new riad owner were very accommodating and helpful. If not we wouldn't know where we'd end up sleeping for the night. Horrible people and a cheater!

Overpaid holiday

Generally the lady called khadija comes to clean the kitchen and living room. In one week non of the bedroom were ever cleaned. The double bedroom I paid for did not get it,in addition had to for another person and did not get a bed. I would not recommend anybody with young children as the pool is in central of the floor space. Nobody spoke a word of English. They only speak French and Arabic. The staff made more noise than the guest. The single beds my sister slept on was very uncomfortable.
