A haven of peace

pretty riad: the room is clean with 2 separate beds for my colleague and I. the possibility to order her meal from the morning is a fantastic idea! a formula card offers you the delights of the chef, neat and well presented! The receptionist will always be there to Help you, Serve you, with his big smile he will make start your day in joy and good mood! because many worries with ONLINE TRAVEL CONCEPT SCAM PROMOTIONS from 06 to 08 October 2025 because the so-called tour operator was wrong in our arrival dates and departed we had to change riad to our great distress because the riad we liked very much! the location in the tinsmith district ideal to reach walking the medina, the Jema elfna square and all the important sites for us!

DISAPPOINTING!!!

Very disappointed, so disappointing that I don't know where to start...
Riad, very dirty and ill-indicated to find him “Riad new Bahia”
Dirty room and boss Fatima charges non-existent benefits
for the service offered!!!
(we were a couple and had a room with 2 single beds, which was not suitable especially for the rate offered.
Breakfast extremely average, moreover we only took it one day...
Dangerous and noisy area day and night.
Old bathroom without hot water or shower pressure.
Horrible terrace loud and dusty..:
short, I advise against for a good stay, there is much better in Marrakech and for much cheaper...

Fatima and her staff are really great. They bend over backwards for you. Great value for money. Very good location. And testing meals is really great. Already several stays here and I always come back because welcome and services at the top.

Avoid Avoid.

When i walked it was dark and looked like a drug den.The rooms were very dark and dirty.We had to keep asking for toilet rolls. Towels were not changed daily so we had wet towels to dry with.Ripped sheets,The manager was always getting up late.So breakfast was late.don't recommend going here this riad is no way 4*

Amazing

I had an amazing stay. The owner and his wife were very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast and conversations. The owner, Medhi explained the area and best places to go. I would book this riad again without a second thought. The location is perfect and accessible to the markets and entertainment areas. I had a wonderful time and cat wait to return. Very ideal for solo female traveler(s).
