Excellent hotel, fully modern on the inside, close to the cathedral in the old city, good price, helpful staff. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here.

This property boasts a fantastic location that makes getting around incredibly easy, paired with spacious and comfortable accommodations.
Having an onsite restaurant right on the property was also a massive plus, adding a wonderful layer of convenience and quality to the entire experience.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was completely out of service for the entire duration of my three-day stay. While the top-notch amenities and excellent space still warrant a solid four stars, the lack of internet was definitely a notable drawback. If they can ensure reliable connectivity in the future, this would easily be a five-star destination.

I liked the location of the Hotel. Close to everything. The personnel was friendly.
The only thing I didn't like is the noise due to the echo in the living areas. Other that that i liked the hotel And if I come back to Puebla again I definitly stay at this property.

Wonderful staff and location. The atrium echoed sounds at night. Plus the room had a musty odor that only improved with AC turned on. No towel hangers in bathroom.

Every thing was well organized the personal very attentive to all the need respectable. Highly recommend the breakfast and the services is very fast love the location and the place
