Nice, new rooms, stylish but simple. Exceptionally well maintained property, steps from a quieter part of the beach which we loved, 15 min walk to the center of town. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The cleanest pool ever with shade, surrounded by quiet nature. Natural building materials. Happy staff. Closest to Playa del Amor. Easy to walk to fresh seafood restaurants.

This is as lovely quiet hotel (ignore other reviews that mention noise from clubs and bars nearby - they clearly have reviewed the wrong hotel!). The location is slightly out of the main area of Zipolete - but only 1 minute from the beach. The pool area is amazing and the pool lovely.
Whilst there is no breakfast of food available they do provide a constant supply of coffee and facilities to make tea. There is a local shop at the entrance and loads of restaurants nearly.
Our only comments would be that the room balconies need to be improved - there is no protection apart from a single rail which felt slightly unsafe, no chairs are provided (why not - we just could not understand this - some residents took the pool chairs to use) and the views from the upper rooms are blocked by the overhanging roofs). Oh snd a small fridge in each room would have been nice.

Beautiful rooms , great air conditioning, cool pool, and easy walk to the beach. There is a lot of plants and trees, the hotel is on a canyon facing away from

Hotel was nice , however this area is is generally same sex couples . 95% male.
Which I understand and is fine but wish nakedness stayed on beach and not at the pool.
Only stating the facts so others know. There is also a hostel tuckey in the back of the hotel very clean but lots of people coming and going.
