Hotel location very good, room was clean and the staff was nice. Enclosed parking was closed at night for added safety. Buffet breakfast included was excellent.

The recepcionist/fiscal team from the hotel refused to issue me an invoice for my stay, alleging that they receive the payment from Hotels.com and they issue an invoice on behalf of Hotels.com for the full amount I paid.

Most of the staff is very friendly and pleasent.
The exception are two employees in the front desk.
One a male and the other a heavy set woman. Both were rude.
