We just had the best thme here. Everyone was so nice, the food was delicious, and sitting in the courtyard at night, drinking wine, was a magical experince as we were the only ones at the hotel. The rooftop is also an expansive space where you can relax in total peaceful bliss. The hotel is right by the pyramid with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. We fully plan to return!

The staff was kind and very helpful. We definitely plan on staying there again soon! Has rooftop access to pool area and a beautiful view. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday we were there. Reception helped us with anything we needed help with without fuss, even when coming late from an event and they had to let us in the gate. Thank you for taking good care of us on our stay.

A magical place to enjoy Cholula!

A very nice place in the center of Cholula with a very friendly team! As I was passing, I loved discovering this quiet place, perfect to relax before régressât on my way. Also, the patio is magnificent! I recommend this place!

Cost / Service Scam

I'm writing this review at 6:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning for the lousy hotel service. A whole series of lousy experiences. It's a real cost-effective scam. One guest woke up to the entire hotel because she had to leave and the candlelighter fell asleep and would not open the door. This goes against even civil protection rules.
The bathrooms as amazing as it may seem do not include even disposable paper towels, not shampoo. The tv and air controls are not used by the batteries. The door to the room also showed battery failure.
Coffee machine is included, but there are no sweeteners.
These complaints are based on the very high cost of the room which corresponds to a level where all those details must be covered.
It is not a hostel, but the service corresponding to one.
Bad service. It is saddening that there is no professional service internationally.

Charming

We stayed three nights 3 days ago, we were assigned a charming room with balcony towards the inner courtyard, the bathroom has rain shower with plenty of hot water, shampoo bathrobes and luxury details like slippers that we enjoyed a lot.
It is worth mentioning that the restaurant serves the best coffee we have ever had until we bought a kilo to take home.
Thank you very much for your attention to the staff, we remember Dafne, Damariz and Angelica the waiter who is great.
We return safely and recommend of course.
