Just don’t book. Terrible customer service.

We arrived tonight for our reservation and they had no rooms available. The woman at the front said they had no access to the system and the manager had stole the information. She was unpleasant and did not offer an apology. What shady customer service. I would never recommend

Will not honor cancellation policy.

Beware - Poor/Shady Customer Service: When looking for lodging, I do two things. I look at the low reviews and check out their cancellation policies. With Casa Arabe, you'll notice that their rooms are outdated and somewhat dirty. Also, tours come here all the time, so as a guest, you'll be sharing your peaceful stay with a bunch of people coming in and out for the day. As for their cancellation policy, they are refusing to refund me, even though I cancelled well within the 2 days prior window. See a screenshot of my interaction with staff. Casa Arabe, for $43 USD, is it really worth this poor customer service?

A warm, nice and quiet place, Top-rated sunset, a nice souvenir, delicious food, super recommended pistachio ice cream, best views, company is better, one more day that stays as a nice experience, Thank you!!!

Best view of Bacalar

Best view of Bacalar. You can get in the viewpoint and have a much better one. When it comes to food, the ceviche is spectacular, and at breakfast your Swiss enchiladas is something not to miss. It has several places where you can rest. Not to mention swimming and watching the sunset here.
