Improve experience

There was a sporting event, and the staff was overwhelmed; we were never attended to in the restaurant, there were no utensils, cups, and we served the coffee ourselves. They did not give me any grace period for checkout; in other cities, they allow checkout until 1 PM, but here there was no way. The welcome drinks were a tequila of dubious origin taken from a drawer under the bar.

Beautiful Hotel!

First time in Ramada Encore in Aguascalientes. The distance from the airport to the hotel was short. Beautiful experience since the beginning you walk-in the front desk personnel very nice and helpful!
The restaurant has so many options to choose from, the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet has many varieties of food. The amenities the hotel provides is excellent! Me and my family will definitely be back.

Room clean. Friendly staff.
Only thing I didn't like in my room was the A/C the wing it has for air makes a noise that kept the person I booked it for from sleeping. I had to take him somewhere else the 2nd night. We did not say anything because we have been in room 704 before and was swapped to another room because of the noise.
We thought by now it would have been fixed but it wasn't. I do like this particular hotel next time we will just ask not to be put in 704.

This place is horrible please stay somewhere else the staff from the restaurant is horrible 😫 there was a guy that try to move us out the restaurant even before we finished eating.

Very nice hotel

Very nice, except that the breakfast hours are not very extensive
