Nice stay and good service.

Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast included is expected in such a hotel, the service was very pleasant in general terms. Outstanding from Vincent and Paul, if we return in subsequent years.

Worst experience with the hotel

I vacated the property over two weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have only received generic responses stating that my case is “under review,” with no clear explanation, timeline, or resolution.
In addition, I have sent multiple emails directly to the hotel regarding my refund and have not received a single response. The complete lack of communication from the hotel, combined with the repeated delays from customer support, has been extremely frustrating.
This level of service is unacceptable. A refund should not take this long, especially without any meaningful communication or updates. The repeated delays and lack of accountability have caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I expect my refund to be processed immediately. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursue all available remedies. I hope this matter is resolved promptly so that no other customer has to experience the same poor level of service.

Good place to rest

The place is excellent due to its location and surrounding services. The room was in good condition and the rest was very pleasant. As the only complaint, the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Pleasant surprise

Quiet hotel, clean rooms, good service. The breakfast buffet was good (the service from Mr. Pablo was excellent). The pool, the water is heated. The only incident that displeased us was one night at the pool when a couple was drinking inside the pool with a speaker. It disturbed the family atmosphere, and the man ended up vomiting (there should be a bit more control). After that, everything was excellent; we would definitely return.

Very good hotel

The hotel is very comfortable, all very friendly and have excellent service and good location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
