Verry quick travel to and from the city centre the staff is Verry friendly and Michael was Verry helpful room had everting you need and the breakfast included is Verry nice

Clean, nice atmosphere and attentive staff

Lovely hotel for small families and couples. I stayed with my 15yo who has coeliac and the breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Michael, on reception was fantastic, he recommended a number of restaurants where we could find gluten free food. We found all the staff really friendly and attentive. Also, then you to Isaac at the pool bar. The place is so clean and it was a real pleasure staying here.

Great location, excellent staff

Our stay at the San Karlu was excellent; when we first checked in, Daniel, the guest relationship manager, gave us a map with lots of recommendations around the island, from restaurants to tourist attractions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we had a great time visiting his recommended locations. All of the staff in the hotel were very friendly, and Michael on reception desk was always happy to help. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection on offer. Great value for money and would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing experience! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Michael, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

Not bad.

The hotel is located in a convenient position for visiting the center; my room was not very large, but still functional and well cleaned. The problem I encountered, however, was a continuous fall of dust onto the nightstand and the bed from the stones (which are very beautiful, by the way) that make up part of the structure of the room itself. The towel change was not always punctual. Decent breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff, but no one speaks Italian. Small but pleasant pool with hydromassage.
