Avoid at all costs!

What a dump!! My sister has lived in Malta for 35 years and this was the first opportunity for us to visit in some time so we booked what, seemed to be, a nice modern, well furnished apartment central for travelling around Malta through Expedia. We could not have been more wrong. The flat is on a busy roundabout with no parking (even though Harmony told us parking outside was fine, we got a ticket on day one and had to park in a street some way away). The place was filthy and poorly stocked with essentials such cutlery and crockery (no teaspoons, one cup, etc.) We had to buy the basics just so we could make a cup of tea! Anything that was there had to be cleaned as it was full of residue grease and food. The cleaning materials for the floor made it even more dirty than it was already, which, seemed impossible. We complained on day one and they offered to send someone in but if you review the photos you will see it would have disrupted our holiday and taken a month of deep cleaning and renovation to put right. Upon our return, I wrote to the Director of Harmony and sent my photos but he just ignored my mail.
