Worst mistake of my life
This place is an absolute biohazard and a safety nightmare. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly rude staff after complaining about our room key card won't work, which set a miserable tone for the entire trip. The room itself was filthy, featuring dirty towels after wash and not clean sheets that made us completely disgusted by beds—and to prove how unhygienic it was, I developed a painful, itchy rash from sleeping in bed. There was visible mold growing on the walls, faulty ventilation that made the air completely stagnant, and huge bugs crawling across the floor. We couldn’t even distract ourselves because the tv no remote was completely useless, and the bathroom had no shampoo whatsoever. To make matters worse, a loose ceiling fan rattled dangerously overhead. The rest of the property was just as bad: the downstairs pool nasty, the main disgusting pool had a film of grime on it, and there was absolutely no cleaning the pool area or the bad gym. The sauna stinks like mildew, there was hair everywhere in the changing rooms, and bird poo on the outside chairs made it impossible to sit outdoors. The noise levels were unbearable with loud music at early hours and a maid early hour wake up knock that ruined any chance of sleep. The food horrible options made us sick, and the room had horrible power outlets that barely charged our devices. To top off this nightmare, the manager came in took card for power (i was in the toilet) and left us in the dark, which felt incredibly hostile—honestly, the staff level of control and strictness was unbearable. During our stay, we experienced blatant theft: a stolen sock went missing first, followed by someone stealing pandora bracelet 1000€ right out of our room. Avoid this place at all costs! Room 22 was a nightmare and english fans chanting at 2 AM, and when we complained to go to our rooms and he will call the police

A total disaster
I am in this hotel only 2 nights and in this short time I already completely regretted to have booked 7 nights here, the food from the restaurant is not good, very bad, the breakfast is reasonable but the bread was all he from other days, unfortunately we paid for half pension. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is not very pleasant, this 2nd night the water simply failed, we already had a problem with the shower tap that in the position to come out only by the shower and not by the tap came out on both sides i.e. it was not in good condition and still the whole hotel was without water with a supposed problem in the water pump of the hotel, which was told us only 3 hours after we have already turned on lots of times and the service was not the most suitable to help and solve, where we were already waiting 2 hours, they told us whenever someone had already come but did not come, we went to the reception and there told us that there was a problem and this technicians were already coming to solve. We waited another 1 hour and nothing, we called again and they told us that it was already resolved and the other rooms had already water and we did not, supposedly a technician came and didn't come, I came back again to call and there he already came and what he told us when he opened the shower was that it was already enough to take a bath, there was no pressure in the water, really there was already some water but warm and no pressure and the problem of the tap still existed but what we were told was that they could not do anything about this from the tap and that maybe in another hour we would have hot water and with some pressure because the hotel had 7 large water tanks and they were filling from now on due to the pump problem. To add to this experience we were unable to rest this last night because there are lots of teenagers staying in this hotel, I don't know if it's some finalist trip or something like that but they behave like animals and walk through the hallways making noise and knocking on doors and always knocking on the doors of colleagues to enter, this in the morning and very often.

Bad.
Hotel with very poor quality, more like an abandoned hotel. Jacuzzi on the top floor full of mosquitoes in the water, both showers didn't work. On the 1st floor the jacuzzi doesn't work. On the same floor the sauna does not work too, and the pool without cleaning, you can clearly see the dirty water and the ceiling full of stains. At breakfast scheduled between 7am and 10am, at 9:25am there was no juice, the coffee was removed at 9:50am with several tables still busy. The form bread was dry and rich complement. We stayed an entire morning without electricity, which was informed that it was a problem from abroad. In the room there is no coffee or tea, only the coffee maker with water. There was noise and parties in the next door rooms, with young students, until 1am. Never changed bed linen or cleaned the room in 3 days. Hotel equivalent to 2 stars!

Not so good
We are now staying in this hotel, and I’am feeling like i am in a camping. The hotel is full of teenagers, who are very noisy, we should wait for the lifts always cause they are playing.
Breakfast for 7 days has never changed, the same food every day, pineapple juice, orange juice and water. The desserts are 1/10.
For the dinner the same food every day, with few changes, for the dinner you have only water, no alcohol, no juices, soft drinks or anything else.
The hotel is old, with a little bit of cosmetic changes. The water has a smell not good. The biggest plus was that they offered us a room at 3 am, and wasn’t needed to wait until 2 pm. The staff is ok. In the room is also not so good but acceptable

Espionage
It looks like a prison. The Pakistanis are practically spying on everyone without any shame. There is no freedom in this hotel.
