Rooms were clean and excellent. However the breakfast was not as varied and had more canned stuff as compared to my previous stays in hotels at Hotel Kaunas and Riga Old Towne hotel. Croissants were not crispy and the coffee was ok. I felt breakfast could have been better. There is only 1 charging spot in the parking for the electric vehicles. Ibis location is away from the old city of Vilnius but walkable.

A rather creative interpretation of "hospitality" (and a lesson in how to un-welcome a guest)

I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing a brand new hospitality trend on my recent trip: the preemptive cancellation.
I had booked a standard flexible rate under the impression, silly me, that a "pay on arrival" booking guaranteed by a card meant my room would actually be there when I arrived. Apparently, the team here has a more vibrant, free form interpretation of Accor’s global policies, which is particularly fascinating given my status as a Gold loyalty member.
While in a taxi directly from the airport, a cheeky automated email arrived to inform me that my booking had been summarily binned at noon. My subsequent attempts to call the hotel to clarify were met with the comforting sound of repeatedly failing phone lines.
Upon arrival, the front desk team explained with breathtaking nonchalance that they had attempted to charge or pre authorise my guarantee card prior to my arrival. Because it was a digital wallet card used for booking formalities (with the intention of paying in full at the desk, as permitted by the rate), they perhaps decided my guaranteed reservation had magically transformed into a non guaranteed one, expiring exactly at midday.
The peak comedy of the situation arrived when they effortlessly rebooked us on the spot, proving that room availability was never the actual issue. Instead of the apology one might expect for causing a travelling couple a minor cardiovascular event en route from the airport, I was casually reassured that they "do this from time to time."
If you enjoy the thrill of reservation roulette and a uniquely unapologetic approach to customer service, you will love it here. If you prefer an establishment that actually reflects the excellent standards and basic manners found throughout the rest of the Accor network, you might want to look elsewhere.

Dear Vadimas,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We understand that receiving a cancellation notification while travelling to the hotel was frustrating. However, as stated in the reservation conditions accepted at the time of booking, the flexible rate still requires a valid guarantee card. While payment may be made upon arrival, the hotel reserves the right to verify the card prior to arrival in order to guarantee the reservation.
When a guarantee card cannot be successfully verified or authorized, the reservation is considered non-guaranteed and may be cancelled in accordance with the booking conditions. This procedure applies regardless of loyalty status and is particularly important during periods of high occupancy.
We are pleased that accommodation was still available upon your arrival and that we were able to provide you with a room. The reservation was handled in line with the applicable rate conditions and established hotel procedures.
Kind regards,
Best regards,
Ibis Vilnius Centre

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day right.
The location is a big plus — the Old Town is just a short walk away, which made it easy to explore the city.
I also liked that the bar is open 24 hours, so it’s always possible to grab a drink or coffee whenever you need one. The business lunch was tasty and reasonably priced as well.

I would recommend this hotel

Very well located hotel, within walking distance of the old town. The hotel also has its own parking lot, but we used the nearby free parking lot. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with great variety. Air conditioner was working well and it was important during the hot weather. We did miss a fridge in the room, but it was not a necessity for us.
