Nice hotel, well located, comfortable...

Nice hotel, very well located. Our room was spacious, quiet, air-conditioned. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of both sweet and savory items. We spent two nights and discovered an airy, calm, tranquil city. A great discovery and a perfect place to stay.

Good location, decent spa area, otherwise poor.

I stayed here in April, and while the location is great, the rest of the experience was very disappointing.
First, the room was not properly cleaned, which triggered an allergic reaction—something I have never experienced at a hotel before. On top of that, the electricity was out for four hours during our stay, and management offered zero compensation or even a basic apology.
When I reached out to management after checking out, they initially replied but have now completely ghosted my emails.
Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

The location of the hotel is very good. The room was ok but I would say that You can see that the hotel is not new anymore. The price quality ratio is not that good. But as said location and breakfest make up a lot on the hotel.

Excellent stay in well located hotel

This was our second stay at the Artis Centrum hotel and, once again, it was excellent. A comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

The location in Vilnius is terrific.
Within easy walking distance of all main sights.
Walls of the room are thin and noises can be heard in adjacent rooms and the corridor.
