Very well!

Nice room in a private flat! Very good and friendly service. Light rooms and good beds.
Breakfast at 9 o‘clock. Could be better.
Relation between price and arrangement is perfect.
Not far away from the old city. Enjoy!

Не удалось пожить в этом прекрасном заведении. Сделали бронь на новогодние праздники еще в августе. При бронировании была введена карта для гарантии брони. В начале декабря, взяв билеты в Ригу, я отправила в отель уточнение о времени прибытия - и в ответ получила сообщение, что не удается обработать данные банковской карты. Ок, еще раз ввела данные, более того - позвонила администратору, уточнила время прибытия и затем отправила фото двух карт (моей и второго гостя) для корректного внесения данных. На следующий день бронь отменили!!! Зайдя на известный сайт, я увидела, что цена нашего номера поднялась с 7 тысяч за 4 ночи до 8 с лишним тысяч рублей за одну ночь! вот вам и причина якобы невозможности обработать карту - отель просто решил заработать на праздники побольше. Сделала бронь в другом месте с этой же картой - через 15 минут пришло подтверждение, что все в порядке, бронь гарантирована, сумма преавторизована.
Как человек, проработавший в отеле, могу сказать, что подобное отношение к гостям неприемлемо для сферы гостеприимства в принципе.
