You get what you pay for
This place is close to everything, could use upgrades, overall you get what you pay for, needs to be more customers oriented, and taught how to treat a guest, the morning hired room service has a major attitude problem, rooms need to be more ready for the guest, maintenance and repair before arrival ,

Guests are not allowed
The hotel does not have a restaurant. I asked where I can get food and the staff was just ready to help. Luckily my cousin who has been living in the city offered to bring me breakfast and came to my room as the hotel has no other place to sit and have some food and I get 2 phone calls threatening me to caught by security if the guest is not sent out. I booked a double room and I wonder if guests are not allowed who the hell is allowed.

No visitors are allowed !
They don’t allow single Kuwaiti men inside the hotel - you have to be a foreigner to stay at the Hotel ! After showing my passport to the receptionist I was refused entry and was asked to vacate the premises. After a shouting match I was aloud back in with one condition that I don’t host or have any female guests or friends at my hotel room!
