Nice B&B

Little bit off the city, the street is not very nice. I can really recommend breakfests annd dinners on the roof. Pizza taxi is on the same street as well as local shops. On Via Archi Via della Zagara is a shop with nice local wines.
Don't forget to rent a bike from a lady!

Great spot! perfect location & friendly hosts :)

We definitely recommend this B&B. It's in great location - 15 min walk from the historic city centre and a beautiful beach. 10 mins away from Erice cable car. It's near the main street with all the shops and a supermarket, but at the same time in a very quiet side street. The place is brand new and very clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely roof terrace - perfect for morning espresso :) The hosts are very friendly and attentive :)

Vacanza trapani

Gentilezza e professionalità nell'accoglienza da parte della signora Rita proprietaria del b&b che oltre ad offrirci il terrazzino per passare le serate piacevolmente al fresco,ci ha dato anche le bici .
Pulizia estrema camere spaziose ben definite nell arredamento,punto strategico per gli spostamenti.

Una mala experiencia

Pasé una noche malísima, el colchón era viejo, parecía sacado de la basura, se clavaban los muelles. Quité la sábana y estaba lleno de manchas.
El baño tampoco estaba limpio.
En definitiva, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Scarso in pulizia e nella gestione.

Il b&b è abbastanza centrale e ti permette di lasciare la macchina giù in strata in modo gratuito e tranquillo in quanto il b&b è in una strada senza uscita, per il resto abbiamo trovato i pavimenti sporchi con ancora orme di scarpe fatte di sabbia, capelli e macchie. Le lenzuola erano vecchie e pesanti, ideali per l'inverno, ed anche queste non erano pulitissime. Il bagno presenta ancora la doccia con un anta in vetro e una tenda da box doccia adattata alla meno peggio, non proprio segno di pulizia. Inoltre il lampadario funzionava quando voleva lui, ci siamo adattati con le lampade del comodino, anche queste vecchie e macchiate. Non è presente nemmeno un armadio dove poter lasciare l'abbigliamento, c'è solo 5 gruccie attacate ad un'asta al muro. Il Wi-fi in camera non funziona. Per via del COVID abbiamo preferito non far fare le pulizie giornaliere a nessuno, ma almeno il primo giorno trovare la camera che brilla è d'obbligo.

Essere definita poco professionale nella gestione della mia struttura,mi sembra del tutto gratuito per una lampadina non funzionante,che si è guastata nel corso del suo soggiorno. Mi poteva informare ed prontamente l'avrei sostituita.Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera,questa è stata igienizzata, qualora qualcosa fosse sfuggito alla nostra attenzione bastava comunicarlo.
Per l'arredamento della stanza sono dispiaciuta che non sia stato di suo gradimento.Appena mi sarà possibile i suoi consigli mi verranno utili.
