The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is a little far of everything but the stay was affordable. The room was okay. Its needs some updates and the walls need some retouch of painting. The breakfast was very good and have varieties to eat.

Embarrassing

An experience that, frankly, should never occur in an accommodation facility.
As soon as he entered the room, in the bathroom, there was a roll of toilet paper clearly soiled with excrement. The practice of leaving in use what has not been terminated by the previous guest is evident. The attention to waste is understandable, but here we are talking about basic hygiene standards: quality control must be non-negotiable.
The situation generates immediate discomfort and calls into question the entire process of preparing the room. If such a visible element escapes, it makes you wonder what may not have been verified in the rest of the environment.
Structure-side management is even more critical: in the face of such incidents, we need supervision, responsibility and the ability to protect the customer experience. In this case I found superficiality and lack of operational governance.
In summary, only one possible definition: embarrassing.

A hotel that offers you what you are looking for.

At a hotel you can ask many things and I assure you are very demanding as the price goes up. I just happened to be here for a "breakaway" stop. We are not in a historic center or in the coast .. we are in a shopping area and looking for comfort for the night? Great hotel. At an honest price I find a comfortable bed in a large room warm, linen and towels candid and fragrant, exceptional cleanliness, tranquility '(you do not even hear the trolleys of the most barbaric night travelers) abundant and varied breakfast, friendly and smiling staff ... I think it's enough to have the most. Convenient parking and proximity to highways (and possibly Prato) and great value for money 'then they deserve 5 stars that I have hardly ever given.

Absolutely not.

You're not going back, old hotel, it smelled weird.
Dirty, and untreated.
Very cold breakfast room, staff at breakfast who touched everything with their hands, and coughed!

Check what you pay before you booking

We booked through Booking, and price was all taxes included but at the check out they asked to pay extra for City Stay Taxes. This was very disappointing and not clear written any where. Room was fair for the price and breakfast as well, all clean
