The accommodation is well located.
The host was very helpful and ensured we had the best possible experience.
Every day, refreshments were provided: croissants, juice, tea, coffee, and fresh water.
A nice bonus: the sea is visible from the balcony.

Scam. Find another place.

No breakfast and a bed that sunken in the middle. They will take your money, book elsewhere. For the same money go to a country house near the beach.
The biggest problem that I have is how misleading the photos are and how different the accommodations are in real life.

Think about it.

Deceptive we recommend taking true photos of the rooms... optimal beb location x the sea ... the owner is a false kind at the first problem comes out his being .... non-existent breakfast not clearly specified in the negotiation illusions you with his words... very dated furniture ants present k make you company .. beautiful terrace .. advice to use a little of his gain x give decor to the structure and be a little more humble .. thanks

Stay away from this place

Not as portrayed !! Do NOT stay here. !! We did not stay here and they stated our reservation as cancelled which it was not !! The building looks derelict , the property is totally unkept!! It was just not a nice place at all.
We had to scramble to find accommodations for two nights. It’s really in the middle of nowhere and it didn’t feel safe at all.
We were Two couples travelling together.. they took the money out of my account three days before they were supposed to.
I could go on and on, but I’m sure you’re getting the gist

We saw the reviews online. We saw the pictures. It looked decent online.
We knew that this would be modest accommodations
We wanted to stay near but not in Noto.
We arrived to find a rundown building that looked abandoned and unsafe. Garbage everywhere.
We were sure it could not be what we had booked. Unfortunately it was.
This building is a distance from the beach with other buildings and streets in front of it. The rooms are tiny and the balconies are even smaller.
We did not stay. We had to scramble to find another spot for our stay in Noto. The communication with the property very quickly went from friendly to hostile and defensive.
We were charged in full.
Booking.com has done absolutely nothing to reimburse us.
They should be reevaluating if they should offer this property.
