Poor experience with the treatment and condition of the accommodation

We stayed a group of eight people and although check-in was scheduled for 16:00, we were delivered the room at 14:00, which we were grateful for. However, the experience was completely marred by the treatment received upon arrival.
A cleaning lady greeted us, gave us a key and left without giving us any information. When I tried to ask him if any room was ready, he started shouting at me very politely and repeatedly, for no reason. Then he called the owner, Cristina, and continued to scream as I tried to explain myself calmly. When she wrote to Cristina on WhatsApp, she replied not to listen and not to talk to her, but the situation had already been very unpleasant.
The accommodation is well located, but is located on the 11th floor with a very old elevator, and the facilities leave much to be desired for the price it has. The shower was dirty, with mold and a lot of limescale build up in all the taps, screen and sanitation, and the place needs a good hand of paint, both in the hallways and in the room, is not as shown in the pictures. Besides, there was a hole in one of the sheets.
In short, the service and general condition of the accommodation do not justify the price. I would not repeat the experience or recommend it.

Disappointing stay

We stayed at this property with a great location a few steps from Via Toledo and this the only strength, but a little 'disappointed by the room, in the edges of the shower I found all a blackening due to mold and is not the best, then the curtains of the room I found them all stained practically the curtains wash as well, and not to mention the noise because on the balcony with various groups of air conditioning mounted I let you imagine that mess at night and I slept with the weather off, to be improved definitely because in my opinion with all this that I have listed the price is not compatible. Very disappointing!

Punti negativi pulizia camere e cambio asciugamani solo a pagamento e detto in anticipo ho chiesto la cortesia di cambiare gli asciugamani ma nulla mi hanno detto che non era possibile!!
Bagno da rivedere box doccia indecente con pezzi dal soffitto che si staccano
Tende camera sporche e tapparelle non funzionano
Balcone non si può stare in quanto ci sono 3 motori dei condizionatori che sparano aria calda giorno e notte!
