Address to remember

Services perfectly responding to any tourist looking for a comfortable room, very clean. Welcoming and attentive team. We return to the same Hotel at the end of the holiday, on the way.

Lights and Shadows

Quite comfortable hotel in a strategic position: you can reach the historic center of Moncalieri easily on foot and also has a bus line nearby; the station is also a short distance away. It has a discreet outdoor parking and a paid indoor one. The staff is kind and considerate, but sometimes undersized for all the tasks to be handled. The rooms are quite comfortable and a bit 'retro: our surprise (unwelcome) however was to find an intense stench of cigarette smoke on arrival: they then changed rooms.... in two nights we stayed in two different rooms. Breakfast does not offer great choices but it is enough.

Worst hotel in history

Dirty rooms that smell of smoke seem to be in an 80s bar, we had to sleep at times with the window open. Embarrassing bar with a single girl doing both bars and reception. Amazing that a place like this is open. Avoid him like the plague

Overnight at the hotel

Cute and cozy environment, comfortable beds (badly made), good hygiene, place near nice places for the area where it is located.
Unappreciable cuisine, poor food: raw/overcooked vegetables and pasta, acceptable meat, hard bread, worse food than the hospital, lots of salt and oil, hearty breakfast but with definitely not high quality products (very good croissants).
Following dinner and breakfast I had several intestinal disorders.
Noise from upstairs and downstairs all night.

I do not recommend this hotel

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and it was nice.... I would say acceptable.... today I highly advise against this hotel.... I stayed only one night luckily, due to a commitment we arrived late in Turin and forced to check in by 21.00 because then at the reception there is no 'anyone.... I went up, corridor without lights, in the bathroom the light was dismantled with the pieces on the sink (without anyone at the reception I could not report the problem) so bathroom without light, there were three of us, but forced to keep the door open to see something, dirty curtains, corners with hair, not to mention breakfast from 8 euros per person, inedible croissants, long-life milk, no soy milk.... and nothing else but packaged juices.... a bad Service..... I turned many hotels but this has become one of the worst, this room was worth half of what we paid.... and breakfast should pay tribute to the discomfort.... never again.... the structure is now old all to be rearranged I do not know how a hotel like this can stay open
