Very bad

Bad experience. If you book with your family they separate you without notifying you. The room is ready in the evening despite the fatigue of the trip and small children . provided partially for you and herbal teas .. reception a little 'approximate and disorganized. We're not coming back.

Grazie per la sua recensione, ma purtroppo non risulta la sua prenotazione presso la nostra struttura. Ma comunque le informazioni di check-in e i dettagli della permanenza in struttura... li comunichiamo il giorno prima dell'arrivo dei nostri ospiti (dalle ore 14 alle 23 ) . Abbiamo dei responsabili di struttura che ospitano nella Dimora e a quanto pare non abbiamo avuto lamentele riguardo il nostro personale (saremo in allerta su questo !)
Molte critiche non ci tornano...ci sono molte anomalie su questa recensione!
Saremo lieti di sapere il suo numero di prenotazione, Buona vita utente Z3539TLGiada !

Non tornerei.

Il posto era carino anche se alcune cose molto vecchie come le porte, le finestre, il bagno. La proprietaria è stata un po’ scortese. Il pagamento dovevo effettuarlo con il pos appena arrivata ma la signora mi ha detto di aspettare la chiama del figlio in serata. La chiamat non è arrivata. Il giorno dopo ho dovuto chiamare io e quando poi sono scesa al loro ristorante per pagare ne la proprietaria, ne il figlio erano lì. Mi ha fatto pagare un dipendente del ristorante, l’unico molto gentile. Non ritornerei assolutamente. Peccato perché la zona è anche carina .
