Some outdated but fine camping
After reading the reviews, we were somewhat wary.
We just left and stayed there for 4 days with the mobile home.
In general, you can say that the complex has stood still in the 90s but the reviews here are harsh.
The pool was very clean, we got the most beautiful spot with a fantastic view of the lake and could still rent a car by the owner so we could drive to the formula 1. Very savory family business who make do with the belts they have.
The Saturday night there was indeed music and partying to be heard but it was only one evening and was also done at 24h. (September 2025.)
Upon entering it is a bit startled because there are indeed many fixed (sometimes somewhat dilapidated) mobile homes. The plumbing was okay but indeed no toilet seats, but new systems and it is a shower system with coin machine. For us the toilet facilities were just a bit closer.
It is a great campsite to stay a few days. Ps. Spot 11D was the most beautiful place we think

It is a cozy Italian campsite where the entertainment continues until 12 in the evening. Nice pool and nicely situated on a reasonably large beautiful lake. Good security, large pitches (also some smaller inquiries when booking) football and volleyball field wifi. toilets very clean

Close to many climbing rocks Via Ferrata's close to race track Monza.
Como can be cycled, and around the lakes you can also cycle nicely, just not everything paved, nice to cycle to Asso and Maisanno. Diving from the bridge at Nesso (little brother mostar) combined with visit to Bellagio. Visit Milan by train. 2x big fireworks across more.

Run away
Very noisy campsite that is not an oasis of peace as presented on the site. Dogs are constantly barking, the music is full at the pool and people are talking loudly and partying until late at night ( 3 hours ). Sanitary not very clean, hot showers paid, pitches not practical. In short, run away because more expensive for an aging campsite.

Not recommended
I do not recommend++this campsite. Absolutely not a "haven" as stated in the ad. Very loud, music until midnight and all day at the pool. Campsite reserved for regulars. Paid deckchair at the pool. Paid shower. Only positive: access and lake view (very beautiful). The area where the campsite is located is soggy. You have to take the car for everything. I was very disappointed because does not match the 3 stars advertised as well as the description

We had booked a campervan space. When we arrived, the pitch allocated did not allow the campervan to be too small despite having communicated the necessary dimensions.
It was necessary to reconcile with a "wild" area...
This campsite is 95% owned by residents with mobile homes.
The camping area is located near the sports field for young people, the swimming pool and entertainment area so very noisy and this until midnight...
For showers: they are not included in the day pass and are paid via a coin machine installed in the shower: 0.50 € for 3 minutes...
There is a small restaurant: very good and affordable.
For animation: bof... especially music with a crate.
The whole campsite is very clean!!
