Just right for me and wife

It is is a great location.
The staff are great.
The room a bit small but ok.
They could use a better sign out side.
Very safe, even at night outside, safe to go out.

Excellent location near Jaffa Gate. Close to the light rail and train to Tel Aviv airport. Friendly staff. Always willing to help out and make your stay comfortable. Perfect for a first timer in Jerusalem wanting to explore the old city.

free room upgrade

excellent location, friendly staff and a great place to stay and relax. i booked a bed in a dorm room, but halfway along my stay, I was told I will be transferred to a private room because they're expecting a large group. It was awesome!

Calm for body and soul

A wonderful place that gives a cheap and convenient solution which in most cases arouses the price as it is in most platforms (do not catch me for this word subject to change by times and dates)
But big really a good place if you check accommodation options at any cost cleanliness and cleaning staff at the sand level 5 stars kindness and tolerance at the doctor level / usA
And most importantly quiet and calm for the soul and soul who wants to relax if good people.

Issues with Rooms Offered, Promised Refund Not Issued

Upon arrival, I discovered that the room I had booked was not as described. I was then offered two other rooms which both had issues: one had broken AC/heating, and the second smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (although it was a non-smoking room). I was promised by staff at reception that a full refund would be issued the next day, and I moved to other accommodation instead. I went back two days later to inquire about the refund and was informed a second time that a full refund would be issued to me, however there was a delay as the manager was on vacation. I have since followed up with several emails and calls, receiving one response from the manager on January 7 asking me to confirm my credit card details (which I responded to). No refund has been issued ~3 weeks after my initial visit to the hostel. I don't believe that this is satisfactory.
