We didn't end up staying . We got a taxi from airport and the driver had not heard of the hotel and couldn't find it. Several local security guards did not know of it. About 11 pm we found where it should be but everything was in darkness and nobody was around. We decided it was too scary and risky to pursue it further so we found a nearby hotel after trying at 3 hotels which were full.
The next day we went past where the Prima Inn was supposed to be and it was a building site. This property should not be on your site until it is in operational condition.
This cost us an additional nights accommodation.

Couldn't even find the hotel at all. My driver was confused. No one answered the phone, and ultimately I had to sleep at the airport in the floor. Couldn't cancel or get my money back for a stay that never happened.

I would walk an extra mile for a better place or pay $10 USD and get a ride to Canggu : )

Арендовали во второе возвращение в Куту чтобы просто переночевать. Найти этот отель сложно. Мы обошли весь угол здания вдоль и поперек зайдя в проходы между зданиями. И только потом в интернете разыскали в отзывах, что отель находится на 2-м этаже ресторана, что на углу. Официант сам удивился. Номера очень плохо убираются, остались от прошлых жильцов напитки в холодильнике, мыла несколько кусков скленнные между собой. Есть щетка с пастой - набор. Полотенце по 1 маленькому.
Несмотря на то, что нам достался номер не выходящий окнами на улицу, мы долго не могли уснуть из-за шума баров и автомобилей, хотя обычно не притязательны. Еще за стеной как-будто всю ночь катался лифт.
При аренде мы писали комментарии по предпочтениям по лифту и этажности, но их никто не читает. Прости спустился человек и показал номер, отдал ключи.
Повторно не заехали бы даже на 1 ночь.
