dirty rooms, bad food, dirty washrooms, no lift, broken wooden flooring, rude staff , dirty towels. very costly , zero service.

Good location, Staff's are very helpfull also vishnu the front office staff

The stay was awesome and staff's are very friendly and co operative . Special thanks to Vishnu he will help lots of time. Like trip planing and auto arrenge etc..also the location is wonderful and rooms are well maintained. Breakfast is very good

Beautiful seeting but be aware of payment terms (double charge)

Beautiful setting and nice rooms on the south cliff of Verkala. But be catious, they charged us twice because they said that the bank payment did not go through even though it was confirmed by the bank. Otherwise we had a good stay but this is not acceptable.

NOT VALUE FOR MONEY

We were in the Jacuzzi room for one night.
Positive
1. Great location. It is just beside the cliff.
2. There is limited room, so it is less crowded.
3. No doubt, the property is beautiful.
Negative:
1. There is no view from the Jacuzzi room on the ground floor.
2. Quality of the toilet & basic toiletries is average.
3. Quality of bedsheets and bedding linen is below average. There was blood stain on the bedsheets. Anyway, they changed immediately.
4. I'm highly disappointed with the jacuzzi. They used smelly and cold water in the jacuzzi. HOT water is not available for jacuzzi.
5. There was no proper breakfast spread. They did not provide glasses for juice, even not for water.
6. This looks like a 3-star property based on facilities & amenities.
7. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. It will be a good deal if you get the Jacuzzi room at 5-6K.
