Nice Stay Superb Service
I was there for one day. Service from staff was really great. They were ready to help any time. Room was perfect for family stay. Bed was comfortable. My stay was just like home. Location of this hotel was near by main city market area. Great stay.

Pathetic Hotel to Stay
One of the wrost Hoetel near Surat Railway Station. No restaurant, No Kitchen, No parking, No water, No hot water, Lifts not working, Rude Staff, No phone working. Very pathetic. I recomment not to stay at this place.

i booked hotel and paid money and later manager called and told if i don't have covid report then they will not allow me to checkin.....i asked for refund they told to cancel it online and get refund......the moment processed the request they denied refund ......Cheaters.

Hotel Regency review
Its a average hotel. there is no restaurant. so you have to go outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. also service is not so good.i have stayed 2 times. At first time the AC was not working. and second time room is not cleaned properly.
