Terrible experience - Rude staff worst front office guy

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at Hotel Galaxy, Surat. The front office staff, particularly one guy who wear black eye glasses, was shockingly rude and disrespectful. While I was in my room, he called me on the phone and started abusing me over money matters – completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
To make matters worse, the basic services were pathetic. I had to ask multiple times just to get drinking water, and even that took an unreasonable amount of time. No courtesy, no hospitality – just arrogance and poor service.
This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the management. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you value respectful treatment and basic amenities.

Worst hotel experience

Worst ever hotel experience in my life. I would suggest please don’t go here as bathrooms are worst. Bed linen all old and dirty and service poor. But. Main issue is rooms and bathroom. Very very smelly and dirty. Also the outside ambience is zero as hotel in 10 th floor and no parking and very old building and no room service also

One of the SURAT worst hotel

One of the worst hotel service I receive. I Stay there for 1 day with my family member.. 1) AC not working 2) there is no proper service... 3) baar baar bolte raho.. bedsheet achi nahi hai, smell aa rahi hai.. par koi solutions nahi.. Always said, mai ata hu.. 2 min rukiye, 10 min rukiye and all.. Strickly prohibited to say in this hotel... if you want some service prefer other other compare to this... bhoat kharab hotel hai..

It was an unpleasant experience at the hotel. Photos are very deceptive, the actual condition of the hotel is pathetic. The environment around dispels strange and unpleasant smell. Please tell the hotel management to upload real photos
