Connecting with self

A descent location not exactly on the river but just 5 min walk to Maa Ganga. Atmosphere is good. Neat and clean rooms. It is recommended that the mattresses be changed from spring to foam. A little hard as spring mattresses are quite uncomfortable. The hospitality of shri Rakesh Agarwal and Yogi AmritRaj is amazing. Amrit Raj ji has great energy and always smiling. Dr Rakesh Agarwal can do a thorough analysis of ur Doshas. His diagnosis is perfect just by reading ur pulse. Over all good stay along with Ayurvedic treatment. Highly recommended.

It was excellent experience of its own kind.

Excellent facility for psychological, spiritual, yoga, panchkarma, ayurvedic treatment with pure, Desi, delicious, fresh and satvik food.
One have opportunity to seek daily blessings of Maa Ganga daily which is at a walking distance.

Beautiful place for relax and calm.

The most beautiful place in Rishikesh for an Ayurveda and yoga retreat. The service is excellent, the attention is constant and very respectful and careful. The therapies are incredible! Without a doubt, an excellent place to regain calm and health. I felt very good at every moment. I will return soon to enjoy this beautiful place.

Not recommend if your looking for a healthy and relaxing retreat.

Good Yoga, massage & food…but the accommodation location is horrible! It’s surrounded by buildings that host extremely loud events such as weddings until 2 am. They burn plastic in the garden area next to where you are eating. It is supposed to be a health and wellness retreat and we had to breathe in cancer causing toxins. Instead of yoga or meditation theory they include Hindu religious ceremonies. They have a tiny cage holding 8 birds in poor conditions. The staff were great, attentive and kind but the Ayurvedic doctors seemed very ego driven and pretentious. They had pictures of themselves everywhere. Don’t expect to get any sleep or relaxation as the volume is very loud. Music, dogs barking, horns honking and the poor air quality make it very uncomfortable.
