Great Experience !

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Elphinstone, Mumbai. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby markets, major tourist attractions, and important business districts, making it very convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the very first day, Gangadhar and Hemant made us feel welcome with their warm, friendly, and cooperative approach. Their professionalism and willingness to assist ensured that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The kitchen team and room service staff were equally polite, courteous, and attentive, consistently delivering service with a smile. It is clear that customer service and hospitality are deeply ingrained in the culture of this hotel.
If you're planning a stay in Mumbai and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, Hotel Elphinstone is an excellent choice.
