Great service

We had our daughter’s christening party at Cloud 9. The service was great, food amazing and the function room was well set. Overall 10/10 satisfaction and highly recommend.
Thank you Cloud 9 staff for making our daughter’s precious day be an unforgettable experience.

Good enough ..

Visited this hotel to have food at the Flamingo Restaurant .. tried booking for buffet lunch by phone but were told that there was only Ala Carte .. on reaching the restaurant they'd informed that since we were a group of 12 we could have booked the buffet as well .. they could have told us this at the time of trying to book as well .. waited for a lot of time to have Romali Roti & Kadai Paneer .. ambience is good enough but for the price they are charging , I'm sure you'll find better options

NEVER DINE AT CLOUD 9 WITH KIDS

I was there for lunch on New Year. There was only buffet. The spread was small. I was shocked to see the bill as they charged full plate charge for my 6 year old. I would suggest not to opt this pace if you are with kids

Worst Hotel & extremely rude staff

Please avoid this hotel as it's a waste of money time , the hotel staff at the reception is very rude & food in the restaurant has foul smell may fall ill , staff doesn't even serve water ,no cutleries / water glasses on table if they have a crowd of 10 they are not able to manage those people , staff are mostly on phone watching videos no idea of hospitality a complete team of unprofessional people.
Rooms are dirty cockroaches , mosquitoes due to no proper cleaning, basic requirement of hand towel / toiletries take time & need several reminders.
The laundry services are just like the hotel name are on cloud 9 you give them a red tshirt they will ensure it will become pink after one wash.
Do not waste your money & time on this hotel.

Cloud 9 hotel kothamangalam, one of the best hotel in near area , with good and great facilities, big parking area, nice customer service from staffs, and alos room so clean and neet, tasty food also , thanks for best service
