Excellent place to stay, very convenient location and value for money

I stayed in Excellency for 4 nights in June 2025..it is a very nice place, with comfortable and clean rooms and excellent food..Best part about the Hotel is its convenient location..And the staff are attentive to your needs..plus it is budget friendly..I would highly recommend it for families and solo travellers.

Exotica Restaurant Pathetic Food Experience

I placed an order on Zomato yesterday from their kitchen, Exotica. I ordered the mini pothichor with fish and omelette, and honestly, I have to share this — the fish was extremely old, had a strong unpleasant smell, the texture was dry, and it clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. It felt like they served fish that had been stored in the fridge for several days. Very disappointing and unhygienic service. I’ve already raised a complaint with Zomato. Attaching pictures for reference — please be cautious.

The reception staff require training, as they do not know how to greet guests and lack basic manners and politeness. It was a very poor experience.
