1. We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best)
2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time
3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you even from the pathways.
