A truly memorable stay at Rambagh Palace
Our stay at Rambagh Palace in Jaipur was absolutely unforgettable, and what made it truly special was the exceptional care we received from the team.
A very special thank you to Karan from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. He arranged the most wonderful room for us and surprised us with thoughtful details in the room that made a real difference and turned our visit into a truly memorable experience.
We would also like to thank Nagendra from housekeeping for his kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service. Everything was beautifully prepared, and we always felt very well cared for.
The palace itself is extraordinary, but it is people like Karan and Nagendra who make the experience so personal and special. We will remember our stay with great affection and hope to return in the future.

Exceptional Hospitality
Our stay at Rambagh Palace was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was the exceptional service we received poolside from Mr. Manish. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, always sensing exactly what we needed before we had to ask. Fresh towels, extra gowns, cold water and everything appeared right on cue, making for a truly relaxing and satisfying time by the pool. When I mentioned I’d like to visit the sauna, he had it arranged seamlessly within minutes, and on my request, he even had the gym opened half an hour early. It’s this kind of genuine, proactive hospitality that elevates a stay from good to unforgettable.
Kiran and Nagender were equally wonderful, going out of their way to ensure our stay felt luxurious and effortless at every turn.
Rambagh Palace is stunning in its own right, but it’s staff like Manish, Kiran, and Nagender who truly embody the spirit of Indian hospitality. Kudos to them and the entire team!

An evening well spent..!!
Visited Rambagh Palace for my daughter’s 6th birthday during our stay at Jaipur.. a truly magical and special experience..

We saved the best for last
As they say, you save the best for last. Exactly what happened to us. This was our last meal before heading to the airport. As you walk through the main entrance, you can immediately feel the exclusive and luxurious atmosphere. We had lunch at the Swarana Mahal. The food exceeded expectations, and the service was even better. Prem Bhati ensured we had one of the most memorable meals of our trip. He also gave us a quick history of the Rambagh Palace. We wish we had time to stay here, and will definitely come back!
