A very convenient stay, exceeding all expectations.
The hotel exceeded my expectations overall! Strongly recommended. The staff are overall very courteous and made me feel at home from the moment I stepped in till the last wheels out :)

Exceptional service and very helpful staff
I had an excellent experience at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding staff.
On the cab ride to the hotel, I realized I had misplaced my wallet. Naturally, I was very concerned, as it contained my identification, credit cards, and other important items. When I contacted the hotel, the staff responded immediately and went above and beyond to help. Within a few hours, they located the wallet (left behind at Chennai Airport) and had the staff pick it up and return it to me.
Their professionalism, honesty, and sense of urgency were truly impressive. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with care and efficiency, and I am extremely grateful for their assistance.
The hotel itself was comfortable and welcoming, but it was the exceptional customer service and integrity of the staff that made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Exceptional Stay with Standout Hospitality!
We recently stayed at Trident Chennai and had a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect, peaceful escape while still being incredibly convenient. From the smooth check-in to the dining options, everything was top-notch.
