Amazing hospitality. I was so happy with the service and facilities across the hotel.
The restaurant team was so kind, humble always supportive.
Chandra from Housekeeping was so humble, a professional and an asset to the team here. Such people really deserve a shout out. Such people are an inspiration to young people, who guide that age is just a number. With all gratitude and respect would like to thank the team and every single staff of the hotel.

Probably the best value-for-money resort in Agra
Trident, Agra is a great value-for-money hotel. Close proximity to the Taj Mahal, great food, well maintained rooms, excellent service and well maintained gardens.

Great food, excellent hospitality

Wonderful experience and super friendly staff especially housekeeping staff
We visited Trident, Agra for our daughter’s second birthday. And it was an amazing experience. The property, food, staff everyone was very helpful and sweet especially the housekeeping staff because travelling with a child you never know what you would need and what time but the housekeeping staff were super quick in helping us out. The sweet decoration we were welcomed with to kick start the birthday celebration weekend was just wonderful and thoughtful.
