Person Prabat- from palato restaurant ❤️
Excellent Stay & Wonderful Service
We stayed at the property from 12th August to 14th August 2026 and had a wonderful overall experience. Everything was comfortable and well-managed, and the hospitality was excellent.
A special mention to Prabat from Palato Restaurant, who deserves appreciation for his exceptional service. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and cooperative throughout our visit. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and ensured that everything was taken care of with a warm and positive attitude.
We were very happy with the service, and Prabat truly made our dining experience special. His dedication and hospitality deserve a big appreciation.
Overall, we had a great stay and a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Prabat, for making our visit so pleasant!

We asked for a quiet room and were given a room near their maintenance room. On our first day, the hallway smelled like old foods as there were a pile of unwashed dishes outside the maintenance room from afternoon till after dinner. Our shower drain stopped working in the middle of taking a shower. I had to turn off the shower and wait for the maintenance guy for 25 minutes to come and fix it. There was also a clicking sound right outside

Good ambience and staff
The food was delicious . The staff and atmosphere was great .chef Hemant made a good delicious food .They were great and mr Ankit Verma made it more sweet.

Remarkable experience at Taj, Agra.
We recently visited Taj Mahal, Agra and stayed at the Taj, Agra. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we were well looked after. The staff is very courteous, warm and welcoming. I would like to put on record the warmth, attention to detail and hospitality provided by Mr. Pratham Tyagi. He went beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. He is a true asset to Taj Agra and the Taj hotels.
Another person whom I would like to compliment is Mr. Om in the Lounge. He was also very hospitable and attentive towards the needs of all the guests.
The property is very beautiful and well maintained. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Dinner at Palato, Taj
Had dinner here on august 9 2026 after a relative’s recommendation. Spot on everything. Had a word and thanked chef ravi (who is a local too, and recommended other places to visit for shopping etc ). Absolutely best in Agra. We stayed in a different hotel but plan to have our further eatings here only.
