Accommodation Marianna's studios

Very clean accommodation with a nice view on Achillis beach in Aspus, the cheapest we found for this period as prices in Skyros have generally gone away!!

Excellent staff! Lovely room!

Located in the center of the island, Marianna's studio are a perfect choice to explore the island.
The rooms are very clean and comfy and the staff smiley and very happy to give recommendations! The balcony was a big plus for us because of thr lovely view and the fact that it was so cool that you could sit outside any time of the day (something very unlike for Greece). We are very happy with our choice! We would definitely recommend and visit again if we could!

Απαραδεκτο

Μηδενική καθαριότητα, μείναμε 3 βραδυα, δεν μπήκε κάνεις ποτέ να μαζέψει σκουπίδια, να καθαρίσει έστω το μπάνιο. Απαράδεκτο. Δεν υπήρχαν σίτες στα παράθυρα μπάνιου κ μπαλκονιού, γεμίσαμε με σκοτωμένο έντομα στο πάτωμα. Δεν το συνοστουμε

Ανεση,θέα,ευγενικοι ιδιοκτητες

Ανετα και ησυχα δωματια με κουζινα και οτι χρειαστει καποιος απο εξοπλισμο,φοβερη θέα απο το μπαλκονι,ανετο παρκινγκ στις εγαταστασεις,πολυ καλο σημα wifi.
Μια ανασα απο μια υπεροχη παραλια,24 ωρο σουπερ μαρκετ πολυ κοντα,ολα καλα.
Φυσικα,στα συν η εξαιρετη και ευγενικοτατη ιδιοκτητρια κυρια Μαριαννα και ο συζυγος της.
Ολα ηταν τελεια,θα το προτιμησω κ στην επομενη επισκεψη στο ομορφο νησι.

Απλά ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια

Επισκέφθηκα τα studios τον Ιούλιο του 2015 για 7 νύχτες. Το κατάλημα βρίσκεται λίγο έξω απο την περιοχή Ασπούς, περίπου 10 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο απο την χώρα της Σκύρου και 3 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο απο τον οικισμό Ασπούς.
Το δωμάτιο που έμεινα ήταν μονόχωρο, με μια μικρά κουζινίτσα και ψυγείο.
Στα θετικά του σίγουρα είναι το μπαλκόνι του που σου προσφέρει θέα στην παραλία.
Είναι επιπλωμένο με απλά και βασικά έπιπλα(τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο ή μοντέρνο) και διαθέτει ac.To μπάνιο είναι εξαιρετικά μικρό και το στρώμα του κρεβατιού σκληρό.
Η καθαριότητα ήταν βασική και τα σεντόνια-πεσέτες τα άλλαζαν κάθε τρίτη ημέρα.
Προκειμένου να μετακινηθεί κάποιος χρειάζεται δεδομένα δικό του μεταφορικό.
Η τιμή που πλήρωσα για 7 νύχτες ήταν €380.Συγκρινόμενη με τις τιμές του νησιού καλή, αλλά με βάση τα δωμάτια θεωρώ ότι θα μπορούσε να είναι και χαμηλότερη.
