Clean and tidy.
Stayed here 5 nights in july, the whole site was clean, tidy and nicely arranged with a small pool and pool area. The room size is what you would expect, it was freshly painted and came with new flat screen TV, new A/C and a fully working fridge and cooking rings. Bathroom was typical wet room style but adequate.
Linen was fresh and changed after 4 days. Towels etc were very soft and felt nice.
There is a beach within 100m of this site or you can take a small drive to Molos (5 minutes) where there is an organised beach with taverna etc.
I have seen earlier reviews with bad comments but cannot say that my experience was in line with these.
The owner was accommodating for a little extra check out time as the ferry boat was not due to leave back to Euboea until 3:00pm. Very happy with the booking.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND
The price does not meet the quality.Lack of cleanliness, change of sheets and towels every 4 days, the room smelled moist. There are no grains when the ventilation involves crowds of mosquitoes. The bathroom is very small, and only a shower phone

Not ideal & definitely
Bathroom: it was extremely small, having as a result for when you were having shower for the whole bathroom to fill with water. There was no ‘barrier’ from the shower area to the toilet. The bad thing was that it was also really smelly! Like public toilets smelly!!
Room: space wise was ok. The bad thing was that it was smelling mold. The even worse thing was that once we opened the closet to place our clothes inside there was no chance, as the smell was extremely annoying. Obviously we didn’t use it.
Staff: having the above facts, i went to the owner at 11:30 in the morning of the second day (we had paid already 2 nights) and told him that we will leave the premises because of the above. His reaction:
1. “You have to pay the third night”. We didn’t as we already paid two night and stayed only one.
2. “I have never heard anything for mold from anyone else”. When I asked him to join me in the room in order to show him (the bathroom and the closet) he didn’t even blink. He did nothing... obviously because he was aware that the rooms were as described. He actually said “then it’s ok you can leave!”.
Overall I would say that 70€/night for this place is really not worth it. Maybe 30€/night would be meeting expectations and still I am not so sure.
Unfortunately such places are creating the wrong impression to tourists coming to Greece for vacations.

Lower than expected
Looks nice little family studio on website pictures, it is different when you visit the room. A dozen of mosquitos inside the less than small bathroom which has a faucet to shower next to the sink without any curtain or any divider. The room smells mold and the refrigerator is plain dirty yellowed and old like the AC. The electrical board is without protective window and anybody can accidentally enter a hand-finger and touch the cables. The owner (a gent) was polite and tried to assist us. His wife was rude and offered us an upgrade to a different room at a double price! Though see said that is normal to have a dozen - dozen of mosquitos since we are on a "country side" and she will be spraying our room every day. They claim that the sheets will be replaced every 4 days, and is these guest's obligation to bring out the trash! A small 14" crt tv at the top of a room corner. We asked for an alternative room at the same price tag and they couldn't help us. The room "looks" nice as they tried to upgrade a really old place with declarative tricks. The surrounding place looks nice too.

Value little studio
Me and my boyfriend booked a studio for the third week of Aug which is a very busy one for Greece. We were paying 50 euros a night, so for the price I think it was good value. Upon arrival the owner wasn't there to check us in so we had to wait a bit. The owner was polite but a bit disinterested, disengaged. Didn't feel any warmth or the Greek hospitality I felt in other small hotels. The room was good, had a little terrace and good airconditioning. The only drawback was the shower which was one with the rest of the bathroom. The was no built in shower with a curtain or a door so everything was getting wet. To be honest, it is something common for Greek island but quite annoying I have to say. There is no breakfast but there is a small bakery nearby so we had to go there every morning. Finally, kids were always playing at the pool so I would say for a young couple waking up from the kids is the last thing we wanted being on holiday and wanted to sleep in. All and all, cute little hotel and good value for money.
