Highly recommended.....

A hotel right in the center of Sitia. Parking behind the hotel. Very friendly staff, very helpful. The rooms are clean and renovated, so we stayed in.
The breakfast very good, there were definitely enough different variations to start the day. We have been there before and were never disappointed, always happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surprise stay in satia

Very close to the beach and restaurants, lovely atmosphere and great place where there many tourists. Hotel was good value for money , maybe a little more attention for the breakfast “ toast “ we had a great stay and e room , beds are great and badroom great shower but clean

Bathrooms to redo and poor breakfast

Hotel directly on the seafront of Sitia, spacious room with terrace, comfortable mattress, shame that everything is dated especially the bathroom, shower with the curtain that sticks to you when it is wet, poor breakfast and with little choice.

Located in the center, close and everything, and with private parking.

If the room is sea side, the view is beautiful.

An experience not to be repeated.

Sorry to write a totally negative review but, for us, respect for agreements and respect for the customer is a fundamental and priority condition for a receptive structure that wants to call itself professional.
But let's get to the facts.
Well in advance we had contacted the property requesting availability for a top or penultimate floor room, sea view balcony. We were confirmed to book a room with new bathrooms, sea view, for 6 days and mountain view for the remaining 3 (omitting to name the plan and, despite ourselves, we then understood why ).
Upon arrival the manager, from the beginning hasty and rude, assigned us a room on the first floor, very close to the restaurant below. At our polite representations he raised his voice arrogantly, saying that there were no other rooms and that we might as well leave. Then, at the height of his condescension, he proposed we stay one night and if anything leave the next day. Finally, since we kept pointing out the non-compliance with the agreements, ob torto collo, we were proposed a similar solution on the second floor (in any case not as we agreed), and with bathroom not renovated.
At this point we agreed, not to waste any more time and as we would use the room as a base to explore the east coast daily.
Last but not least, on the only occasion when, after breakfast, we went back up and were resting on the balcony, suddenly an attendant appeared before us asking if she had to do the cleaning. Despite our denial, not even five minutes later, we found ourselves in front of her to ask for confirmation. The Do not disturb tag appeared in the room the next day.
We omit, for brevity's sake, further and unsympathetic details.
For the rest: breakfast of medium-low quality; basic rooms and tiny bathroom, with shower curtain, but at the same price as those renovated; mountain side balcony unusable in the evening, in the absence of a protective bulkhead from the strong cold wind. So, globally, very bad Price quality ratio.
