Magic place

6klm from Plomari we went to eat and loved this place so we desited to stay

Fabulous, friendly place with delicious food and amazing views

I loved everything about my stay at the Psaros. It’s right on the beautiful beach at Melinta and the room was spotless with a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well.
All the food was absolutely incredible! I thought I would try the other taverna on the beach but the food was so good here I didn’t want to. The menu was varied and they did every Greek dish you could imagine. Everything I had was delicious and perfectly cooked but the memory of the prawn saganaki there will stay with me forever
It’s a very friendly place. Although it was my first visit, I felt like I was revisiting somewhere familiar and I was made to feel really welcome without being smothered.
The staff at the beach bar below are also very friendly and I felt totally at ease as a solo traveler.
You can also take a water taxi from the beach to the beautiful Panagia Krifti. Definitely worth a visit!
I will definitely return, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind and one of the friendliest places I’ve ever been to

Unacceptable accommodation.

The concepts of hospitality and cleanliness are unknown to the owners of the accommodation. It's a shame that they only rely on the beautiful view of the natural scenery and don't make the slightest effort to provide the basics. For example: The place was not cleaned sufficiently. and months' worth of dust was in many places. We couldn't put our clothes in the closet because that's where the balcony furniture was stored with plenty of dust. The "Complimentary toiletries" listed in the amenities was a bar of hand soap (thankfully we had our own shampoo and toiletries). As for the behavior of the owners, unacceptable. It is a disgrace to this beautiful place.

Unique location

Stayed for a couple of nights in September. Room ready when I arrived mid morning. Clean and comfortable with a fridge and good air con. Balcony with amazing view of the rock and wonderful sea views.
Sun beds, shades and shower on the beach.
Good food at the taverna, with breakfast available.
Friendly service.
Recommended.
